We have been proudly serving south Orange County for over 28 years. Here is a little bit about us.
Kevin Richardson began his career in plumbing in June 1971 at an African Wildlife park in Laguna Hills, Ca. as the Preserve Plumber. High pressure Irrigation guns for large scale coverage and maintaining the water sources for the wildlife in the Game Preserve were the main responsibilities along with waterfall pump maintenance & some human plumbing fixture service & repairs.
Next came a few years under the watchful eye of a German Master plumber in the new construction industry with an emphasis on custom homes & apartment/condo developments. Next a few years were spent in the South OC.Coastal communities gaining experience in the Repair Plumbing world. Quite a difference!
The Entrepreneurial Bug hit while backpacking with the Family and Richardson Plumbing opened the doors in March of 1982 in Lake Forest, Ca. As a new C-36 Plumbing Contractor, Kevin Richardson began a Repair & Remodel oriented company with an emphasis on the Residential and lite Commercial clientele. Kevin has always advertised "Custom Service & Quality "Materials". In most cases appointments are as on time as possible. We aim for a 15 minute window when possible. If we know that we will be running late, you will receive a call informing you of the delay and an updated estimated time of arrival. Quality Materials means that we are very specific about the products that are allowed in our work. We refuse to compromise quality for lower priced products. All of our work is guaranteed therefore any failure due to poor quality materials would be unthinkable.
The Richardson Plumbing office relocated to the relaxed coastal community of Capo Beach 12 years ago but maintains a Lake Forest mailing address for sentimental reasons and other business commitments.
